Contract Review AI exists to close that gap. We give small and medium businesses the same kind of contract insight a large corporation gets from its legal department — at a price that makes sense for a growing company.

What We Do

The platform does two jobs, and both are built around one idea: you should know what you're signing before you sign it.

• Review existing contracts — Upload a PDF, Word document, or even a photo of a signed agreement. Our AI checks 30+ types of clause — auto-renewal traps, one-sided termination, liability caps, indemnities, non-competes and more — scores every risk High, Medium, or Low, and tells you in plain English what to push back on.
• Create new contracts — Start from 162 professionally structured templates across 21 categories, covering UK law (England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) and US law. Fill in the details and the AI drafts a complete contract, ready to review and sign.

How the Technology Works

Every contract is read end to end. The analysis engine identifies clause types, scores the risk of each one, and checks for the patterns that commonly cause disputes — then writes up the findings as a plain-English report with specific recommendations.

We don't claim magic. The reports are a starting point for better decisions, not a substitute for professional legal advice — and we say so on every report and on every creation page.

Security & Privacy

Contracts are among the most sensitive documents a business owns, so the platform is built around encryption from the ground up:

• Encrypted at rest — every file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using its own per-file key.
• Zero-knowledge — nobody on our team can read your contracts. Not even the hosting provider.
• Encrypted in transit — TLS 1.3 between your browser and our servers.
• Not used for training — your contracts never train any AI model, and you can delete any document permanently from your dashboard.

Contract Review AI operates under the laws of England and Wales. The platform supports contract analysis and drafting across the United Kingdom (England & Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) and the United States, with contracts evaluated against the applicable law for the selected jurisdiction.
